How it works
Setup/Takedown

We make the process simple from start to finish. Our team arrives approximately 90 minutes before your event to complete the full simulator setup, test the equipment, and ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive.
When your event concludes, we handle the entire breakdown and removal process in approximately 45 minutes, leaving your space just as we found it. You can relax and enjoy your event while we take care of the rest.
Space Requirements

Our mobile golf simulator is designed to fit a wide variety of venues, making it a great addition to corporate events, private parties, weddings, and fundraisers. To ensure a safe setup and the best playing experience, we require:
Minimum 12-foot ceiling clearance
Approximately 15 feet wide × 20 feet deep of open, level space
One standard 120V electrical outlet within reach of the setup area

We provide everything needed for a great experience, including one standard right-handed golf set, the FlightScope Mevo+ Gen 2 Launch Monitor, and GSPro simulation software. Guests can enjoy a variety of world-renowned golf courses, fun mini games, and interactive challenges, making it an unforgettable experience for golfers and beginners alike. You are welcome to bring your own clubs!
On-Site Support

Every event includes a dedicated on-site technician to ensure your experience runs smoothly from start to finish. Our team handles the setup, operates the simulator software, and is available throughout your event to assist guests and quickly resolve any technical issues that may arise.
Whether it's helping first-time golfers get started, selecting courses or game modes, or troubleshooting equipment, your on-site technician is there so you can focus on enjoying the event while we take care of the rest.
